Feb 1-Monday - Beach Day

What is everyone standing around for?? Let's WOD!
Yep...We are at the Beach Today! Bring hats, gloves, and jackets.
Warm Up:
30 Jumping Jacks
20 Mountain Climbers
10 Jump Squats
(3rds)
WOD:

  • 400m Backward run
  • 40 Lunge Steps w/PVC Overhead
  • 15 Push Ups
  • 10 Med Ball Launch
  • 3 Rds

I know that "running backwards" thing is tough...but wow...you guys did great...even in the WIND!

On a side note, I truly appreciate your attitudes in the class this a.m. Wind, "cold", sand, rain (this weekend), it really doesn't matter. You guys will exercise in any type of weather. "Thank You". Your coaches and your fellow athletes - consider it an honor to work with you. I can't tell you how much it means to us to hear your POSITIVE thoughts. The reason we program events like the Haitian relief, the beach, and FRAN tomorrow - is to give you "real" life variety.

The more the variety - the more "ODD"...the more it is CrossFit. Encouraging, Positive words continue to push your coaches and fellow athletes to new levels. Hang on...we are going places...
