**we are starting to get the kids used to being up on the pull up bar, so we will really begin to incorporate a lot of exercises that get them up there and used to hanging. We have already begun the basics of the pull up and it is my mission to have these guys learn the full movement within the next couple of months. Some of them are very close already. (for any parent who doesn't have a pull up yet, there is your motivation)
