- Group Warm Up - Burgener...sort of...
- All PVC - Snatch Grip
- Hang Position - 'unlock' hips and bring bar to mid-thigh. Enter 'Jump Position' (mid-thigh). Jump with arms straight (Jump stance..jumping into 'land' stance). Arms stay straight and below hips.
- Move bar to second position - below knee. Move bar slow to jump position and explode into jump. Continue to keep the bar below the waist w/ arms straight.
- Move bar to third position - mid-shin. Same jump as before.
- Start Mid-shin. Move slow...into jump position. Jump into "Scarecrow"
- Start Mid-shin again. Move slow...into jump position. Jump into Power Snatch Landing position.
