Thursday, January 14th - Endurance Day

WOD:

Group 10k - Warming up very slow and working on various paces throughout the run. This is an EXTREMELY effective workout to help get your body acclimated to pushing harder and faster in a race. It will be very much like interval training or a Fartlek within the run. Weather should be a bit warmer than in the past week.
