15 Large Arm Circles (each arm)
7 Pull-ups
15 Frankensteins
15 High Knees
7 Large Circles Overhead with 10lb Plate

SKILL: Practice Clean with PVC


WOD:

"Elizabeth"

21-15-9 reps of:
Clean 135 pounds (Rx = 135lb, Scale weight as appropriate)
Jumping Ring dips
