Yulee Volleyball Conditioning 2008
Warm Up:
15 Med Ball Thrusters
30 sec - low squat - fast (hot) feet drill
5 Burpee/Pullups
10 Spider Jumps
100 Jump Ropes
(2 Rds)
WOD: Eva T
  • 800m Run
  • 30 KB Swings
  • 30 Pull Ups
  • 3, 4, or 5 rds

Didn't we just do this WOD on Friday? Agreed -very similar. As a matter of fact in a seminar I went to with Coach Glassman about two years ago, he was talking about the computer generated WOD's on the HQ site. He stated..."you never know what will be generated. Last week we had a 10k run come up within 3 days of each other. It was brutal....but that just goes to show you...in life - you never know what cards you will get dealt."

I guess it goes to show...just when you think you are done...or when your muscles are tired...you may have to pick yourself up...off the ground and "go" again!
