WOD:
"Light" Fight Gone Bad
  • Men = 55lbs
  • Women = 35lbs

Did FGB Lite = 223. Very sore from yesterday, esp. quads. WB = 10, PP = 35, taller box, SHP = 35. Not sure but think I did FGB = 230 B4. richard

381 FGB light was harder than i thought. it was nice to see so many people in class again!

377 for me today. Liked a little "lite" FGB. Good change of pace. Hungry right now though. Applesauce anyone?

Did a one rounder tonight at 141. Great job to all who really pushed it today. To me FGB "lite" is a bit deceiving because in the end you tax yourself just as hard with the extra output as you would a regular FGB so way to go CFAI

(Did FGB on Friday)Last week did 244, this week 291, first round did box jumps on the small box, bothered my knees, so I did step ups on the 20" box. Row was last and whew... everytime.
