Double Unders
Ab Mat Sit-ups
50-40-30-20-10

  • No double unders - multiply times 5
  • Attempts/misses count
  • Ab Mats CAN have d.b. anchors under feet today
  • Ab Mat logo close to body today
  • Knees up today
  • Elbows to knees

I'm going to have to telecommute this workout today. Got a 3 year old birthday party we are taking Nellie to at the same time.
Gretchen, great to see you and Ken representing in Latvia. Guess I'll be representing in a few more months from Germany. CFAI is becoming an IHOP (International House of Pain).

Telecommuting went well. Luckily my mother got me an abmat for my birthday this year. Finished in 11:26 unanchored. Would've been better if I could get double unders instead of time five. That killed me.

boy my calves are sore. DU's are still very hard for me but felt a little better today. 10:12

I did this workout alone this afternoon in 10:5?. I forgot to anchor my feet. I'll be happy when I can double under more gracefully. Sorry I missed the run.
