12 was tough, but there were to many other people doin' it to wuss out. (are we sure it is only 200m to the stop sign and back?) Best Time - :53

Best time was 1:05, and of course this was when I was doing my last 5second catch up. This was tough. But it was OK.

1:34..Tough Workout but good!! My knee is still bothering me since the Beach run... slowly but surely the knee is getting better.
