Friday's WOD...Love it or Hate it!



"Chelsea"
5 pullups (x2 jumping)
10 pushups
15 squats
Each minute on the minute for 30 minutes!

The goal is to get as many minutes in a row before you break time.  Do 30 minutes straight and be the cool kid in class!!!  Even if you don't make it 30 minutes, keep working through the full 30 minutes and post total consecutive minutes and total minutes.

interval timer blowout threw me for a loop. fell behind at round 3 and played catchup remainder of workout. did 29 sets in 30:10. ken made all 30 within the intervals. serious sweat in frigid riga.

6 rounds then 11 more, this was brutal. I was toast after the first 6 fighting to avoid pukie.

Did 3 and then only 10 or 11 more. Day 5 of the fast, and i just ran out of gas.

Wowsy! 6 rounds on the minute. 17 total rounds.
Did anyone notice that this is basically a bigger "Murphy" without the 1 mile on either side?
"Murphy" = 100 Pull-ups 200 Push-ups and 300 squats.
So anyone that did 20 rounds today - Congrats you did Murph without the runs!

28 rounds. I guess I didn't really do it exactly right, but what I did was take a one minute rest at 10:00 and 20:00 the rest of the rounds were all within the minute. Small box for jumping pull-ups...first five rounds double jumping pull-ups the rest single. It started to rain in the middle of my workout and I was so happy for it! Good times.
