Seemed xxxtra hard. Still recovering from vacation. Used 10 lbs for wall ball and for snatch. Did 21:35.

I can't tell whether it's the fast or the workout today but I am spent. It's 4:00 and I could seriously go to bed right now. Finished 4 rounds in 22ish minutes.

OMG..28:??. where is the oxygen. I so needed it after this WOD. This was a good WOD, but it took everything out of me that I had left in me and then some. I think it was the rowing that got me. 20 lbs on the snatch and 10 lbs on the wall balls and everything that I had for the row.. ;o)
Looked much tougher on the board than when it was done....agreed!
27:00 - 4 rounds - 15lbs on snatch & 8 on the wall balls...Each round I thought I could not go on no-more but Doug was there pushing us so I had to! Ha!! Good Workout but Very Hard! Thanks Doug for pushing!
