400 M Run
15 Air Squats
15 Abmat situps
15 PVC pass Thru
3 Rounds

WOD:
30-20-10 of each
Wall Ball M=20, W=14
Knees to Elbows
Double Unders (x6 if regular)
rest 3 minutes

Grab a Partner
"I Go, You Go" (rest while your partner jumps)
box jumps 10-9-8-7-6-5
