Warm Up:
300m Row
20 PVC Golfer Swing - bar on shoulders
15 Jump Squats
7 Pull Ups
(3 Rounds)

Skill:
10 OHS
(2 rounds)

WOD:
Snatch
10-8-5-5-5-3-3-3-2-2
  • Wide Grip
  • Ground to Overhead
  • Enforce "JUMP"
  • No 'looping' - keep bar close to body
  • If you don't feel comfy with deep receive in the Snatch - do Power Snatch
