Great classes today! :-) I love the enthusiasm...especially on the extra TOUGH WOD's. Seeing you guys push your limits on exactly what you are able to lift - especially with GREAT FORM really inspires me. Today I was fortunate to work out with LT and have Tricey Coach for her 1st time in the 8:30a class. Way to go Tricey. I thought you did a fantastic job.

Some of you may note that our web-site now includes Tricey as an intern. She is currently, "paying her dues" with CFAI and earning her keep...most definitely!!! She is scheduled to take the CF level 1 Cert this December and the National Strength and Condidtioning Cert not far after that. She will be a welcome addition to the TEAM.
