50 Ab Mat
50 Hip Extension
50 KTE
50 Back Extension
50 Jump Squats
Skill:
Dead/Clean Technique
then - warm up for clean
WOD:
Clean: 5-5-5-3-3-3
Deadlift: 5-5-3-3
