Back to Power Lifting!!!

Warm Up:
15 Hip Extension
10 Push Ups
10 Front Squats (barbell)
100 Jump Ropes
(3 rounds)
Skill:
Deadlift technique
Slow Weight warm up:
  • M = start at 135lbs
  • W = start at 75lbs
WOD:
Deadlift - 5-5-5-5-3-3-3-3
