I LOVE the progress! We saw some great times today and some BIG efforts. You are right....with Helen...unbroken KB swings are the KEY to a fast time. Re-measured the run today with 'Gentle Ben's' GPS and we are right on the money with the distance. Also, special thanks to Andre for letting us use his measuring wheel to chart distance.
Ben had some great points today about the KB swing - during the skill session. Getting the bell up into that 'float' with a strong hip thrust/explosion is truly the key to conserving some energy during the swing.

10:39 I think. 10 somethimg for sure and I believe this was my first Helen. Could not grip the pullup bar on last round. Try for under 10 next time.
