Loved seeing those bars flying around today. Excellent scores in the HIGH 300's. Way to go all.
I especially liked seeing the upright posture and short dipping/driving on the Push Press. Great Hip drive and obvious bar flight. I know it is tough to lock out with only 15/35lbs...but that is also part of the challenge. Just like with PVC pipe...locking out at the top is so important to your shoulder, elbow, and ab/back stabilization. Excellent efforts by all.
