Wall Sit

WOD:
Push Ups
Double Unders
Ab Mat Sit Ups

Wow, that's funny. Chad and I did this exact workout yesterday! 12:58 but I had to finish pushups on my knees.

16:32....Good Workout...Pushups were a little tough! After our warmup my legs were so tight, walking funny!!
