Hope everyone had fun with Big Ben on Thursday night. Ben comes over to us from CF SouthSide - while Chad is gone. He will be workin' the 6pm'ers for the next few weeks. I love this community of CrossFit Coaches - it is so different in so many ways than the Dog-eat-Dog - trainer world that exists in most Globo-Gyms. I never would have met Ben had it not been for Fight Gone Bad last year, the SS Clean and Jerk Clinic, and the CF Kids Cert.

Nice job this morning on the wall balls. Little complaining at first, but once you all got into the groove, it was a short intense workout! Great work at the end of the week!
