Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press - M=45 / L=35
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots - M=20lb / L=14lb
50 Burpees
50 Double unders - or 6x

Did the ROW WOD today from Wednesday....wow did that 2k sneak up on me. Yuck! Had to make it a quickie due to Bill. The waves were 6-8ft and serious glass. Got some good time in but waaaayyy to big for me.
