23:40 did 300 singles instead of double unders
Did the ROW WOD today from Wednesday....wow did that 2k sneak up on me. Yuck! Had to make it a quickie due to Bill. The waves were 6-8ft and serious glass. Got some good time in but waaaayyy to big for me.
