good hard workout 14:35 with 95 cleans, 135 DL
I would have done 135 with power cleans but needed the practice on catching lower.

I was going good till I hit the jump rope.

22:44 with 95 for both. My knee was bothering me so I did hang power cleans.

29:30; I did 50 of everything since my weight for cleans, dead lifts and kettle bell swings were less than you guys.
