It felt good to be back to CF...missed all last week and I know I will pay for it this week!!

150 DL - #75 - 11:00

Last night getting in bed I could feel my lower back tighten up a little so I had to get up and do some stretches and it did help my lower back alot!!

I did enjoy this workout!

18:00 flat, did 40 reps of 135# then finished them off with 115#. What was I thinking?? Ouch!
