Thanks Amy - was a great trip. Facebook is a great way to stay in touch! Tough WOD today, 24ish for 5 rounds. Just when you think you can't do more, just go ahead, settle into it and go again!

Thanks for the WOD LT. 18m15s x 4 rounds. After training for the past month or so exclusively with Weightlifting...it is amazing how Difficult this WOD was. Strength felt fine...but wind....whew!!!!

Got a special request for a WOD tomorrow....any guesses?

completed all 5 rounds but went super light on the thrusters and for once my shoulder doesn't hurt. loved the run before to deplete some energy. had to dig deep to finish 24:54 Kristen

wow -- tough one. I really pushed it. 45# thrusters. 4 rounds 22:09. Almost pukey pukey at one point in time.
