Cindy-18 rounds...but I did push-ups on my knees. I also had everything right next to the pull-up bar so I didn't have to move but a couple feet to do the whole workout.

"Cindy" 18.33 rounds. Most of the push-ups were on my knees. I like working out with Kate and Billy Jo - it is a real goal to try and keep up with them. Thanks gals for the motivation. Amy

cindy was harder than i thought. 19 rounds. i was trying to keep up with billie jo. my push-ups were less than stellar (did not go to my knees except for 5 on the last round). it is always great having people to pace/push in class. :) that is great thing about crossfit!

CFAI Special 12 2/3 rounds. I enjoy doing something sort of 'calisthenics' vs 'pumping iron' once in awhile. Kinda sore now. richard

"Cindy" 19 Rounds; I was trying to keep up with Kate and was on my knees most of the time doing the push ups. I have VERY sore knees this morning. So Kate you did better than me if you did full push ups almost the entire time. As always it was fun!

"Cindy" around 13. My leaves blew too. We need sidewalk chalk to keep track outside. I did most of my pushups on my knees and I have bruises to show for it.
