Les - I think Tina is referring to the Trigger Point self-massage gizmo you told us about - quad baller, foot baller, etc. Can you bring it to 6:30 class tomorrow am? richard

Great workouts today everyone! Excellent times and excellent participation.

6:30 a.m. = 5 students
8:30 a.m. = 4 students
Maniacs = 13 students
6pm = 6 students

total = 28 today. Excellent for a Monday. Just a couple more notes:
1. Check out the attendance of CFAI in this photo when we did CF in the Park (at the Beach) last year! We are in the Blue and yellow shirts. I would love to have 15-20 at the beach this Saturday...so please bring your freinds!
2. LT and I have decided to have a specific workout for ALL beginning CF'ers. I appologize to the 3 Rookie students AND especially to our students who brought the newcomers last Saturday. The workout was hard. Too hard for any beginner. Our plan (based on other CF affiliates) is to have a dedicated Rookie workout, that is fairly simple to understand, easier to complete, and non-technical. Once a new student has demonstrated competency in the beginning workout, they will be encouraged to push forward.

We hope you will support us in the decision and offer any suggestions you wish. We are obviously learning as we go...but think this type of training may help us to introduce and keep more initial guests!

Thank you to all for all the help you have given us to attain the current membership we enjoy.

I liked this WOD; time was 10:40. I used 35lbs on Shoulder Press, Push Press and Push Jerk. And, Doug I actually jumped on the boxes this time; no step ups. I hope I am getting my confidence back up.
