It was hader that it looked. My muscle are sore from this weeks WOD's. Cant wait to see how they feel tomorrow.

For those doing 3 days on 1 day off, Thursday is a REST day. For those missing a day here or there or those doing 2 days a week, this is a work day. So remember, if you have to miss for any reason, Thursday at 9 is an option.
