Hey Doug, Do you remember what weight I used last time for Fran? My last time was 7:45 and this time with 65lbs I did it in 5:35. If it is correct I am very proud of myself. Doing the pushups with Leslie at the same time was not easy though.

Chad - Quit it. You increase your weight by 30%. I am fired up that you got 30 reps period. Not to mention that you did it in under 10min.
Billie Jo - double check your workout names...Fran vs. Grace. If you actually took 2 minutes off your Grace time...you rock! I am sure you used 65# on the last Grace. I wouldn't let you use less!

OK, OK, I was totally confused with the workouts. I got Fran and Grace mixed up. Not sure what I did on Grace the last time. I will check it out tomorrow. Thanks Doug for keeping me straight.
Doug - I feel good today. In fact I'm just getting ready for a run/walk to get out of the house. My upper body is just a little sore, but the shoulder feels great. I think I could go up in weight from the 45lbs. But I'm not sure about 75lbs. Maybe next time I'll try 60lbs. A.P.

Did it in 7:25 with 55 lbs. It was hard but I didn't die. richard
was excited about getting the rx'd weight, but was dissapointed in my time..9:20. 135# was a confidence and form killer for me...
