'kelly' really kicked my butt today. 20:10 4 rounds. am definitely envious of LT's 5 rounds. wish i had had an extra round in me, but it wasn't in me today.
20:45 4 rounds and nothing left over except my attempts at muscle ups which were really cool, I really think that everyone should hop in the wedgie saddle and try some.
My kind of WOD. Don't be envious, you all smoke me when there is weight involved! 4 rounds 19:42, then just had to see what 5th round would feel like. Did not look at the time though. Excited about tomorrow - it is going to be sooo much fun! Don't forget to bring a towel to rinse off if you are biking afterwards AND bring a friend or 2...you earn extra posting points for people you bring...
3 rounds in a good time (but I can't remember what it was). I then realized I used a lighter ball weight for the wall balls than normally. I will have to step it up next time. Amy

I am envyous of LT...5 rounds??? Wow. Great job. This was the toughest C.V. workout we have done in a while.

No "Kelly" for me. Alternative workout .... 11+ minutes & lots of stretching the bad back. Will be glad when I can get back in the grove!
