Congrats to all that rode in the Katie ride. I hope everything went well for all and there were no major injuries. As for the NCFR boys you inspired us to do a workout today.This is what we decided to tackle today.
50 Air Squats 40 Push Ups 30 Sit Ups 20 Lunges 10 Burpies
Everything really came together. Great weather, great jerseys, great rest stops, great route and a great team. It was way more fun than any ride I have ever done. Many thanks to LT and Doug for all their hard work to make it all happen. Save April 18, 2009. richard
I really enjoyed the energy of the group ride. There is no way I would have gone that far on a normal day alone, but it was not all that hard with the team. I have felt surprising well after completion, although very tired. Good job to everyone for completing the distance! CrossFit rocks!
