Ball Slam
KB Swings
Box Jump
Ab Mat Situp
Burpees
Do as many reps as you can in 1 minute. Go to the next station. Rest 1 minute after compete round.
3 Rounds

Keep record of reps. Add to get Total.

Total of 251. Not too difficult for first two rounds. My form was pretty sucky on last round especially burps. richard

This workout was great!! Hard but walked away feeling good. I need to work on my Burpees...

No doubt about it, burpees STINK! total 315 (16KG KB) Everybody did a great job today - a different version of FGB. Liked it!

did 338. but did step ups because for some reason my knees are killing me today. other than my knees hurting this workout was good, oh, minus the kb swings with my sore hands from last night and those gosh darn burpees. love the the ball slams because they are great for getting out slams in warm-ups.

361 - Ok, so it's a big number, but I used 8KG KB and did step-ups instead of jumps. I think that probably made it a bit easier. I'm with everyone else - Burpees stink. Thanks to Alyson and Chad for working out with me!

Pretty much the same as Fight Gone Bad...if you are hitting 300-350 you are rockin' the world. However, we have seen some scores in the 400's...
