4/21/08 WOD

All are completed strict; 1 second up, 1/2 second down. clean and strong. review the rules on proper pushups, and tight line pullups

10 Pullups, 20 Pushups rest 1 minute
9 Pullups, 18 Pushups rest 1 minute
8 Pullups, 16 Pushups rest 1 minute
7 Pullups, 14 Pushups rest 1 minute
6 Pullups, 12 Pushups rest 1 minute
5 Pullups, 10 Pushups rest 1 minute
4 Pullups, 8 Pushups rest 1 minute
3 Pullups, 6 Pushups rest 1 minute
2 Pullups, 4 Pushups rest 1 minute

Doug, I love the bands for pullups, seriously these are the best way to learn the kipping move while still being able to actually do a pullup. I really felt today like I got it. Anyway, good workout today

wow, that was a lot of pushups and pullups. I think I should review proper pushup technique, I have a hard time with elbows back. Stay the course...

Not my favorite workout, but much needed. I took my time, probably too much, but tried to concentrate on form as much as I could. I really am not good at either exercise, but am hoping to get there.
