actually did DL 175 but on 2 reps.
Good strength WOD. Liked it.
DL 95 SP 70. Felt good. Did 6 sets. Guess that means should use more wieght? Next time (back is still a worry on DL) will do more. richard

My SP max was 65 but I didn't feel comfortable with that weight and my shoulder issue, felt fine at 55# Think I'll use that as my total.
