Doug coaching the Maniac's Volleyball Strength & Conditioning Program.

15 Sit-ups
10 deadlifts
5 to 7 rounds

Finally...we get to move some iron!!! All these cardio workouts are really taking their toll! I can't wait to chalk up. Alyson, I am blaming you for my sick, snotty, self - this past weekend. Now I am ready to pump some iron though....

Only 15 Ab-Mat Sit ups though??...after we are done with the workout, can we do more? Bikini season is just around the corner...and I have the perfect speedo...

It did feel good to pump some iron - thought I would never utter those words. Everyone's form look great - it is so important to concentrate on form rather than speed.Good job Marge, you should really feel strong!! Kristen, you did great for your first DL experience. Let me know how you feel tomorrow! Overall - great class. Nexty time Will, let me know that the weight is way too light!

Time: 13:25 (7 rounds) 135lbs first round then 115lbs on other rounds. The deadlifts got me; they were hard! I think we need more ab mat sit ups also.

I have no idea what my time was. I really was trying to focus on proper form. This would normally be a recipe for a bad back for me. So far so good!! 135lbs-7rounds

Did 7 rounds, but very light weight .... still babying the lower back. Will be glad when I can REALLY work out.

Today was a lot of fun for me- much better than cardio!!! Surprisingly, i thought the dead lifts were easier than the ab mats but i may feel differently tomorrow. no more shorts for me!

Hey Carlin we got spanked today. Our time was 19:something. I thought 135 was heavy today. I am sore everwhere from the past two days.

LeighAnn and Carlin shared a bar that that slowed your times down. Do NOT worry about times - your form was really good and that is what matters most. Feeling it today - sore!!!
