This was a great change of pace for me with all the strength wod's we've been doing then to throw all that back stretching and core work really makes for a well rounded week. Doug, I think that I am about 2 inches taller with that stretching you did. I think a stretching class would be great.

I hope everyone can make our "slow" PRE - 5k tomorrow a.m. at 8. Getting in some long-slow distance work prior to CF is going to be interesting! If you don't feel like doing a full 5k, please come and do the 1 mi loop once or twice. Pre-exhust prior to CF.

I said I wasn't sore the next day, but I changed my mind! WoW, if anything will get us ready for bikinis that will! I only did 4 rounds due to time restraints (I was really slow since I came straight from a massage) 29:54/56.

33:40 for 5X. Somehow the ab stuff seems to be getting easier for me. Knees-elbows still tuffest. richard
