Just realized that 6am only did 21 walking lunges, not 100FT. Opps, got off easy this morning. Can't believe Joe did not correct me...good efforts in the cold though!

The double pull-ups w/ the bands are kicking my butt. Really got discouraged today. Obviously this means I need to work harder!
did double pull-ups 1st round (42!!!), then for each subsequent round, only did single.... have no idea what my time was.

13.48 i think. As for 100 foot lunges, do we have that measured out? "Ours is not to reason why"
6pm class lunged to the 1st corner of the building and back - 100m and then did:
Jumping Pull ups - 2x
Band - 1.5x
All for 2 rounds...then switched to single Pull-ups. All times were in the 30min + area!
