- Round 2) 250m Row,
- 3) 20 DU's,
- 4) 200m Run

- Record each round on BlOG and White Board
Stretch: 5 Minute Ballistic Post WOD stretch

6:48 row 7:46 run 7:10 single jumprope I like these cindy workouts. If this had been a real cindy it would have tied my 13 rounds PR.
