Warm Up:
Riverdance - 16 reps


Skill: Pose Running
in WOD


WOD:
4-5 or 6 rounds of "Cindy"
Finish each round with:
  • Round 1) 200m Run,
  • Round 2) 250m Row,
  • 3) 20 DU's,
  • 4) 200m Run
4 Min Rest
(4 rounds)
  • Record each round on BlOG and White Board

Stretch: 5 Minute Ballistic Post WOD stretch

6:48 row 7:46 run 7:10 single jumprope I like these cindy workouts. If this had been a real cindy it would have tied my 13 rounds PR.
