This year - 95 Men and 40 Women Participants, 8 Open Teams and 2 RX Teams will be participating...hoping to earn the rights to attend the CF Nationals.
Rain or Shine we will go this weekend. The sub for a 400m run if it is raining is a wet 400 meter run. Go figure!!! :-)
Event Program:
Doug will be one of 3 Team Leaders - monitoring judges who are all Level 1 and Level 2 Coaches with various CF - specialty certifications. Each Team Leader is responsible for 8 judges who will be watching form and consistecy. Each athlete is being judged based on CF standards of exercise; which we have all been taught. Coaches on Doug's team include our very own LT as well as coaches from Melbourne, FLETC, Atlanta, Athens, Montgomery, and the pan handle.
PS - There will be NO CLASS on Saturday - in hopes that you will come attend the Games. Please purchase your spectator tickets online. Our WOD for the day is going to be a 5k in the SAND - on the beach. Please post your times and effort levels. Thank you!
