Thanks Puca time! :-) Forget the little ones...save some Chocolate for ME! The fast is done... Easter has arrived. Yeah!!!

O.K. - Happy Easter to everyone...(I guess...) :-)

Just a couple things this week (fair warning...my BLOGS are getting almost as long as my voice messages):

1. This week is going to be a "Rest" week. A time for us to communicate and work on your weaknesses (if any). We would love to hear from you via BLOG for your ideas on what you would like to work on. Initially, we have in mind: Muscle Ups, Push-ups, Pull-ups, Cleans, Snatches, Overhead Squats, Handstands, etc.. PLEASE...we need your input! Of course, we are always happy to throw in a Squat Therapy day...

2. Most WOD's will be demo, and practice WOD's with a little portion of effort within them. We would like to encourage you to use this week to REST! Within our Sandbox model - we are using a Principle of Exerise Science called "Periodization". This term is used to describe the construction and planning of WOD's which vary (usually) increasing in Intensity, Time and Duration, while varing Mode - of exercise. We have been vary happy and bragging to other affiliates about our results and Personal Records being set. Believe it or not...most progress has to deal with variation and progression of WODS's. It is our belief that by slowly changing our WOD's over 4 weeks and then giving ourselves a week of rest; we will INCREASE progress and see better gains in fitness. Bottom line: REST this week...next week YOU WILL NEED IT!
