Nice work Dawn Breakers! Great morning class. I did four rounds in 23:55.
Did L2 in 22:16 which is 5 min slower than last time. No excuse. The Taylor method for getups really helps. richard
Did L1 24:48 with all real ring pullups. Ouch! Thought box jumps were the worst. A day off tomorrow will be nice.
L1 31 minutes. the box jumps were the hardest mentally to get through-since they tax my entire body. i was able to figure out the wall pu today- but could only do 3 out of the 20 in each set. went to jumping.
Whew - Who!!! Despite the extreme hate for Carlin...we LOVE her too right??? Great job all!! Looking forward to more comments. Glad to see everyone is working hard except Chad...

Taylor's instruction on the proper method for the "get up" really helped. Kept me in one spot and focused. Did L2 three rounds in 27:20 Thanks Taylor.

ok- so what's this great taylor turkish wisdom???? i sure could have used it as my method was to go very, very slowly. if i looked up, i lost my footing.
maybe we should video the Taylor Turkish Getup so we can all benefit from his great wisdom...
L1 22:something with real pull-ups which were hard today after yesterday. Abs are soar also...no pain no gain...really want a six pack!!(not beer)

carlin shmarlin finished L2 17:43 coach taylor can i move to an L1 next time, my pull ups are much improved great work P.M. team. I still owe coach taylor a murph, soon bro soon....

Did 3 rounds, was a very tough WOD for me. Did all step ups, using the 24" box, eventually I had to move to the 20" box. (Broke it up between the two on the last two rounds). For the PU, was able to do half off the wall the other half was jumping. Ab mats, I believe is where I am the strongest. As for the Turkish Getup, I knew Taylor had to be behind this one..:o), although we just did a few days ago, I am glad we did them again so soon, I felt more a little more comfortable with them this time. (First round used 15lbs, next two used 10lbs. Thanks Taylor for driving the 6 pm class.
