I like how on today's WOD, if you click on the garbled curse word, you can send that garbled curse word an email. Tell the garbled curse word I said hi if you do.

17:22....hard for me today. Need to get the pull-ups done faster!! I was wasting alot of time doing one or two at a time. Did 12kg kb my back couldn't do full weight today. Loved the early class.

Helen was tough. A few seconds slower today than last time,11:41... my fault because of food, rest, and hydration. I need to snap back in.

16:40. 16Kg, 3X Pullups. Seemed really tough this morning. Blame it on eating camp site food and sleeping on an air mattress all weekend. Oh well, felt good once it was over. Good puch everyone. Can't really compare previous times since we now are doing 3X the amount.

I think I had a turning point today. I did Helen with all regular pull-ups (2 -3 at a time) and a heavier kb (12kg) than last time. 15:54
Does anyone remember the date of the last Helen we did.

Great job Amy! Glad to hear you stepping up your game. Hank also stepped up to the 20k bell and regular pull-ups (one-at-a-time). He has the 2 nice rips on his left hand to prove it! :-)

You guys know I love you 'jumpers'...but I am trying to push you into kipping pu's. Keep practicing...with time...your form will improve and you will "get it"...I promise. Dedicate yourself to the kipping pu or swinging a little before class each day...and you will be there.

That reminds me....if you arrive early to class on any particular day... try to swing (either on the rings or on the bars)! It is a wonderful stretch and gets your whole body in gear for the workout ahead. Try an easy 2 rounds of 10 reps to start.

I love Helen! 15:01 pull ups felt great, running was tough, air must have been close to due point cause I swear I was breathing in water while I was running!

Note to self: never take off more than 1 week from CrossFit, never!
