• Bring notebook and pen
• Come dressed to exercise – Clean is today– July 19th - the Snatch and Clean and Jerk clinic will be on Sept 13th
• The time will be split between lecture/Q&A and practical lifting
• Only 20 students available – your payment guarantees confirmation
• All proceeds will be used to purchase an Eleiko competition bar for the Sandbox
• Weightlifting shoes optional – long pants or high socks are recommended

Thanks to yesterdays blog I went for a run this morning. I did 2 miles in 23 minutes. Its not the best time, but I dont think I would have done it without being able to read up on everyone. I have been off schedule lately and miss eveyone at CF. You all are awesome. If my name isnt on the board at least three times this week I need you to call me out.
