"Super-Pam" - our new HERO!
She finished her 5k in just under 50min last week.
Way to go PAM.
Warm up:

30 Pull ups
30 Front Squats (m=135, w=75)
30 Bar Dips
30 Deadlifts (bodyweight)
30 Push ups
30 Overhead Dumbbell Lunges (M=30, w=20)
30 Push Jerks (not Push Press) M = 135, W=75
300 Jump Rope

wow! tough workout.. hung @ L1 weight with decent form until walking lunges, then the wheels fell off. Scaled push jerk weight to 75# and struggled to finish. Time: 35:??...

whew. this one was a tough workout! love it though. definitely felt like i had noodle arms at the end. 26 something.

great job to all in the 6 p.m. class!!

This one took all the juice I had. In fact went home after and took a nap. (That's acceptable if your hair is the right color). Did L3 in 27:56. Great job on the 5K Pam.

Wow this was a very tough workout for me!! I was so glad when I finally finished...Bob,I did the same thing I went home took a shower and went to bed!!

Great workout to get back into the swing after a back injury and vacation! I finished in 21:10 using very light weight and only 30 jumping dips. I still have to be careful with the back.
