Tuesday WOD


"Ready for This?"


400 Med Ball Run (m=20 / w=14)
9 Low Bar Back Squat (m=135 / w = 95)
9 Lawnmower Push Ups

While in Push-up position - student will be "on" dumbbells. While holding the db's you will do one push up - remaining in the "up" position - you will do a row with the left hand...then a row with the right hand...then repeat push ups and rows. In total - 9 push-ups, 9 LT rows, and 9 RT rows should be done without letting go of the db's and without touching the floor)

Did 3 rounds with 95 lbs., 15 lbs. lawn mowers and 12 lbs. med ball carry. Think it may have been 12 something but can't recall. A good one. richard

4 very tough rounds. 75lbs on back, 10lb ball, 10 lb lawn mower. I whipped! 24:00 - Amy

loved it!!!! 22:50 with 95#, 16/14 # med ball and 15# lawn mowers! feels great to be done!

Did 4 rounds with 20# ball, 135lb squat and 30's for the lawn mowers. 18:01. Feel mowed over.

Missed you Tina. CrossFit KIds did this same WOD and was amazing. They used a 10# Med ball for a relay run, then PVC Low Bar Back Squats, and had great Lawnmower pushups using 5#, 8#, and 10# weights. I was so surprised that they got it so easily. Great job, great day!
