65 lbs. - 15:41, After the wall ball WOD (Karen) and Chritine, my legs are very tight feeling. Sore when I start to walk but they do seem to ease up the more I walk. Good WOD, however the row seems to always be hard.

Great workout...hard but when I finally finished I felt really good about myself afterwards!!
