Did it in 27:42 with 65 lbs and mostly walking. Not sure what bench press from floor is all about. richard

Glad to be back. Fun joining the 10am class today. Definitely hotter. Did it in 16:45 with 185#.

Awesome job today everyone. Struggled with 65 for first set of 21 then went to 55 with no trouble. Probably should have done 60. Loved it. 16:ish
