5 full rounds- no cheating. felt pretty good too. I need to work on the pu's, i really think its a mental block, i can get up, but cannot pull towards the wall. good WOD, very intense
6 full rounds. Alyson and I did this one around 5pm and thought it was going to be nice and cool with a light rain to keep us nice and refreshed...Nope, it felt like I was running through a hot, wet oven. Anyway, glad it's over. I'm sure Chad is doing this one on the beach in Costa Rica as I speak (ha)
6 rounds, 16 Med ball, GHD situps. Tough one especially doing it alone! Thanks for all the effort today from all three classes. Agree low number pullup is the way to get the form down! All real pullups on rings for me. Mental block against bar. Trying though...
