DNF bum knee. I'll be back with a bang in time, i hate old injuries thanks for the modification to my work out kate. At least i got a sweat on. Good Job for the rest of the P.M. team

Thanks Kate for watching our forms and correcting them when needed. Sometimes you get in the routine and you don't relize that you are loosing your form. This was an OK WOD, not my favorite, but only because I'm not too friendly with the Burpees. (Hurts my knees). Time was 10:??. We had a good group for a Thursday night class.
