40 meters, each exercise
walking lunges
bear crawl
duck walk
flying burpees
crab walk
3 rounds for time

OH MY GOSH!!! That was so tough!!! But I finished!! I finished in 29 something. (I think). Leighann you missed a good one today!! Thanks Leslie for the push!! I'm glad that I have tomorrow off!!!!! Michelle

Much tougher thatn it looks. The rough surface did not help. Sorry. Cut it back to 2 rounds. Nics job though - way to tough it out. Expect some sore legs and buns tomorrow.
