"Carlin"

10 turkish get-ups
30 box jump
10 pull-ups
30 ab mat

L1 - 4 rounds (w-15lbs) (m-25lbs)
L2 - 3rounds (w-10lbs) (m-15lbs)
L3 - 3 rounds (w-8lbs) (m-10lbs)

Monday, May 26th 9:30
Trevor = team work, $20 donation to help purchase cooling vests for soldiers.
Beach Party after (11:00ish)at Scott Road Access. (was Peters Point - changed due to high traffic).
Bring food, surf boards, frisbees, any and all beach toys. Yeah for Summer!

Carlin is a tuff one. TGUs just really suck. 17:25 for L2.

I did L1 with a 23:06 with a 26.4 lb kettlebell. Sore....yes, I am sore.

That was a great work out! I didnt think it was going to be that difficult (at least when reading it off the board) - my hang up was the box jumps...

I definetly feel it today.

L1 21:07. First two rounds 15#, last two rounds 10#. All double jumping pull-ups:(, because that's what I do now. At least for the next few workouts until I get fed up and start doing kippers! This was a tough one for me, again.
