L1 23 something - 26.4 lb KB That was a great work out! I didnt think it was going to be that difficult (at least when reading it off the board) - my hang up was the box jumps...
L1 21:07. First two rounds 15#, last two rounds 10#. All double jumping pull-ups:(, because that's what I do now. At least for the next few workouts until I get fed up and start doing kippers! This was a tough one for me, again.

Carlin is a tuff one. TGUs just really suck. 17:25 for L2.
Where were you Tina? Just making sure you are OK.
